Complete orthopaedic care for your pet
In addition to orthopaedic examinations and consultations, as well as X-ray and CT diagnostics, our clinic also provides orthopaedic surgery services. Orthopaedic surgery includes procedures on bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Bone fractures and ligament ruptures are the most common injuries in pets, and in many cases multiple injuries occur, most often as a result of trauma. To stabilize such injuries, we use advanced surgical techniques so that your pets can get optimal healing after surgery and gain back their functionality. Our operating theatre is equipped with state-of-the-art devices such as the C-arm, facilitating our procedures.
Services we provide:
- Orthopaedic examinations and consultations: Detailed assessment and counselling on your pet’s orthopaedic problems.
- X-ray and CT diagnostics: Accurate analysis and visualization of internal structures for accurate diagnosis.
- Orthopaedic surgery: We perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including:
- Fracture surgeries
- Patella Luxation Correction (fixing popping kneecaps)
- TTA and TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) for anterior cruciate ligament ruptures
- Corrective osteotomies
- JPS (Juvenile Pubic Symphysiodesis) for hip dysplasia in puppies
- PAUL (Proximal Abducting Ulnar Osteotomy) for elbow dysplasia
- DPO (Double Pelvic Osteotomy)
- Spinal fracture surgeries
- Other specialised surgical procedures
After their surgery, pets who are not well enough to return to their homes will be transferred to the intensive care unit for continuous observation, and 24/7 treatment and care. Many pets will also remain in the ICU for postoperative recovery if the surgery was complex, or if the pet is considered to be at high risk for complications after surgery.
Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care for your pets, ensuring they receive all the attention and treatment they need to recover as soon as possible.
