From childhood, Dr. Lončarić nurtured a deep connection with pets, which later blossomed into a passion for veterinary medicine. “I find the greatest fulfilment in working with small animals, as they have been close to my heart ever since the days spent with my grandparents in the countryside.” His love for animals continues to drive his daily work and personal life, where his cat Mimi, a faithful companion and family member, greets him warmly at home.
In his professional work, Dr. Lončarić focuses primarily on internal and infectious diseases, clinical cytology, and ultrasound diagnostics, and in the future, he hopes to broaden his expertise to include endoscopy and oncology. Patience, attention and empathy are the foundation of his approach to every animal that enters the clinic. “Nothing makes me happier than seeing an animal healed and ready to go home,” says Dr. Lončarić, emphasizing that any recovery and improvement of patient health is a source of personal satisfaction and motivation for further work.
At BUBA Clinic, renowned for its 24-hour care throughout the year, Dr. Lončarić highlights the importance of this availability as one of the clinic’s key advantages. “Every member of the team brings the utmost dedication and care to the treatment of every pet,” he points out, proudly emphasizing that every patient in the clinic receives the full attention and warmth they deserve.
